Here is a video recording of what I presented last Saturday in Baltimore at this event on problematic outcomes of the CARES Act. Apologies for the choppy recording. There were only 6 people in my audience (4 teachers and 2 students) because it was a local event and I was competing with other break-out sessions. Nevertheless, my presentation was well-received and one attendee (a teacher) told me an anecdote that corroborated my assertion that antibiotics were deliberately withheld from patients who needed them: She was in the hospital for "COVID" and they refused to give her antibiotics for a hospital-acquired sinus infection until she repeatedly insisted. After she finally got the antibiotics her sinus infection cleared in less than a day...
